Entrance exam forms are filled for admission in Sainik School Balachdi.  This exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency.

સૈનિક સ્કૂલે એ સંરક્ષણ મંત્રાલય ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા સંચાલિત અને સેન્ટ્રલ બોર્ડ ઓફ સેકન્ડરી એજ્યુકેશન (CBSE) સાથે સંલગ્ન અંગ્રેજી માધ્યમની નિવાસી સ્કૂલ છે.  સૈનિક સ્કૂલ એ કેડેટ્સને નેશનલ ડિફેન્સ એકેડમી (NDA), ખડકવાસલા (પુણે), ઇન્ડિયન નેવલ એકેડેમી, એઝિમાલા અને અધિકારી બનવા  માટે અન્ય તાલીમ એકેડમીમાં જોડાવા માટે તૈયાર કરે છે.

તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે આ પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા 6ઠ્ઠા અને 9મા ધોરણમાં પ્રવેશ માટે લેવામાં આવનાર છે. આ પરીક્ષા નેશનલ ટેસ્ટિંગ એજન્સી (NTA) દ્વારા નિશ્ચિત તારીખે રોજ લેવામાં આવશે. પરીક્ષા ઑફલાઇન એટલે કે પેન-પેપર મોડમાં લેવામાં આવશે. આ પરીક્ષા દેશના 176 શહેરોમાં લેવાશે. પ્રવેશ માટેની અંતિમ પસંદગી શાળાવાર રેન્ક, વર્ગવાર રેન્ક અને કેટેગરી મુજબના ક્રમના આધારે કરવામાં આવશે.

1962થી રાજયમાં એક માત્ર સૈનિક સ્કૂલ બાલાચડીમાં કાર્યરત છે. જયા વિધાર્થીઓને ધોરણ 6 તેમજ ધોરણ 9માં પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવે છે. જે માટેની પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવતી હોય છે. અત્યાર સુધી આ સૈનિક સ્કૂલમાં માત્ર બાળકોને પ્રવેશ મળતો, પરંત હવે બાળકીઓને પ્રવેશ આપવાનુ શરૂ કરવામાં આવતા વિધાર્થીનીઓ પણ સૈનિક સ્કૂલમાં અભ્યાસ અને તાલીમ લઈ શકશે. સૈનિક સ્કૂલમાં બાળકોને અભ્યાસની સાથે શારિરીક કરસતો, તેમજ સુરક્ષા એજન્સીમા જવા માટેની વિવિધ તૈયારીઓ તાલીમ આપવામાં આવે છે.

The form will be filled from 21/10/2022 to 30/11/2022.

 Exam date is 08/01/23.

 Admission is given in class 6th and 9th.

 Sainik School is an English medium residential school run by the Government of India, Ministry of Defence, and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).  Sainik School prepares cadets to join National Defense Academy (NDA), Khadakwasala (Pune), Indian Naval Academy, Ezimala and other training academies to become officers.

 Let us tell you that this entrance exam is going to be conducted for admission in 6th and 9th standard.  This exam will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on a fixed date.  The exam will be conducted in offline i.e. pen-paper mode.  This exam will be conducted in 176 cities of the country.  Final selection for admission will be made on the basis of school wise rank, class wise rank and category wise rank.

 Since 1962, the only Sainik School in the state is functioning at Balachadi.  Jaya students are given admission in class 6 and class 9.  For which the entrance exam is conducted.  Till now, only boys were admitted in this Sainik School, but now girl students are started to be admitted, the students will also be able to study and train in Sainik School.  In Sainik School, children are given physical training along with studies, as well as various preparations for joining the security agencies.

સૈનિક સ્કૂલના વિધાર્થીઓ દેશની વિવિધ એજન્સીમાં જોડાઈને દેશની સેવા કરે છે. દેશની તમામ સુરક્ષા એજન્સીઓમાં મહિલાઓ પણ જોડાય છે. પરંતુ સૈનિક સ્કૂલમાં હાલ સુધી પ્રવેશ મળતો ના હતો. ગુજરાતની બાલાચડી સૈનિક સ્કૂલમાં હવેથી વિધાર્થી નીઓની પ્રવેશના દ્રાર ખુલતા નવા સત્રથી વિધાર્થીનીઓને પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.

Important details regarding admission

 Now girls will also get admission in Sainik School

AISSEE 2023 covers admission to Class VI and IX of Sainik Schools and Class VI of 

approved New Sainik Schools for the academic year 2023-24.

2. Candidates can apply for AISSEE 2023 “Online” only on the website

https://aissee.nta.nic.in. The Application Form other than online mode will not be

accepted.

3. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Application form is common for 

admission to both Sainik Schools and approved New Sainik Schools. Fee as stated 

above is the same whether a candidate applies for Sainik Schools/approved New Sainik 

Schools or both.

4. If a candidate submits more than one Application Form for admission at the same level

(either class VI or Class IX) , all his/her Application Forms shall summarily be rejected.

5. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin and

on NTA website https://aissee.nta.nic.in. Candidates not complying with the

instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

6. Candidates must ensure that e-mail address and mobile number provided in the online

application form are their own or that of their parents, as all information/ communication

will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the given e-mail address or SMS on given mobile

number only.

7. Instructions for filling Online Application Form:

❖ Download and read the Information Bulletin carefully to ensure your eligibility.

❖ Follow the steps given below to Apply Online:

Step 1: Register online using unique Email ID and Mobile No.

Step 2: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down the system generated

Application No. Upload the following documents:

• Scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph (filesize:10kb-200 kb) in JPG

format

• Candidate’s Signature (file size: 4kb-30kb) in JPG format.

• Candidate’s left-hand thumb impression. (file size 10 kb -50 kb) in JPG

format. (In case of any eventuality of left thumb being unavailable, right 

hand thumb impression may be used)

• Date of Birth Certificate

• Domicile Certificate

• Caste/Community/ Category Certificate( if applicable)

• Certificate of service (for Defence category-serving) and PPO for Ex-

servicemen, if applicable.

• Certificate from the Principal certifying that the applicant is studying in the 

approved New Sainik School. (Applicable only for those who are studying 

currently in approved New Sainik Schools)

 Students of Sainik School serve the country by joining various agencies of the country.  Women also join all the security agencies of the country.  But Sainik School was not getting admission till now.  Balachadi Sainik School of Gujarat will admit students from the new session opening from now on.

(The certificates as detailed above: File size (50 kb to 300 kb) in PDF. 

(If the information given or documents uploaded are not correct or incomplete or cannot 

be corroborated with the required original certificates at the time of admission, the 

candidate is liable to be rejected and admission denied to him or her)

Step 3: Pay fee using SBI/ICICI Bank Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit 

Card/Net Banking/UPI and keep proof of fee paid. In case the Confirmation

Page is not generated after payment of fee, then the transaction is cancelled 

and amount will be refunded to the candidate’s account. However, the

candidate has to make another transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is

not generated.

Download save and print copies of confirmation page after successful remittance of fee

and keep copies safely for future reference.

All the 3 steps can be done together in one go or at different times.

8. The final submission of Online Application Form will remain incomplete if Step-3 is not 

complete. Such forms will stand rejected and no correspondence on this account will 

be entertained.

9. Candidates are advised to keep the application number and password generated

during registration confidential and use them to view registration data and download

admit card, results etc.

10. Any request to change the exam center, date and time provided on the admit cards

hall not be considered under any circumstances.

11. No request for refund of fee once remitted by the candidate will be entertained by NTA

under any circumstances.

12. The entire application process of AISSEE 2023 is online, including uploading of

scanned images, certificates, Payment of Fees, and Printing of Confirmation Page.

Therefore, candidates are not required to send/submit any document(s) including

Confirmation Page to NTA through Post/Fax/ by Hand.

13. Candidates are advised to keep visiting the NTA website https://aissee.nta.nic.in

regularly for all examination related updates and to check their emails. However

candidates are advised to visit the respective school website for information about the

school.

14. Candidates are NOT allowed to carry Instrument/ Geometry/ Pencil box, Hand bag,

Purse, cap, goggles, jackets, any kind of Paper/ Stationery/ Textual material (printed

or writ ten material), Eatables (loose or packed), Mobile Phone/ Ear Phone/

Microphone/ Pager, Calculator, Docu Pen, Slide Rules, formulae, Log Tables, whitener,

Camera, Tape Recorder, Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, any metallic 

item or electronic gad gets/devices, pointed instruments etc in the Examination Hall/Room.
