 Who is the best and worst Chief Minister out of 31 Chief Ministers of the country?
  With this question, your channel ABP News has tried to know the mood of the country.  The BJP chief minister is not among the top 3 chief ministers in the survey.  According to the survey, Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is the most popular Chief Minister of the country. 


 Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is second on the list.  The third name is that of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy.  Gujarat Chief Minister Vijaybhai Rupani is at number 10 in the list.

 Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh have received very little support from the people in their respective states.  That means all three are less popular.  The popularity of the chief ministers of the 11 states surveyed is on average 42.8 per cent of the total chief ministers.
