Teachers and non teaching are protected now even if school is closed
Non-academic staff on duty in secondary and higher secondary schools will not be made redundant as per the circular issued by the Government of Gujarat.
Non-academic staff on duty in government and grant aided schools have been given surplus protection. From now on, these non-academic staff will not be spared. The government has also made changes to student Russia. In both the circulars given here, it is clearly mentioned that from now on, all non-academic employees on duty in secondary and higher secondary schools will be given redundant protection.

Due to this important decision of Gujarat Government, most of the employees will get spare protection. If the number of secondary and higher secondary students decreased, surplus was provided.
According to the new circular of the government, from now on all the academic and non-academic staff will be given surplus protection. Academic and non-academic staff will not be laid off in case of closure of schools or decrease in the number of students.
This decision taken by the government has created an atmosphere of happiness even among the working class. Employees who have so far feared being fired due to declining numbers or school closures have the opportunity to feel relieved.
Until now, if the number of secondary and higher secondary schools has decreased, the academic and non-academic staff of the secondary and higher secondary schools of that school would have become redundant.
The government has also revised the number ratio for non-academic staff in a new circular. In a circular issued by the government, non-academic staff has been given redundant protection. 
Fromm now on, in case of closure of schools or reduction in the number of students, the note cannot be given to the academic staff.
This important decision taken by the government will benefit many academic as well as non-academic staff serving in secondary and higher secondary schools.
Non-academic staff was laid off. According to a new circular issued by the government, the vacancies of academic and non-academic staff have been protected from now on.
