For school students by Gujarat Government Hom larning video is organized due to Corona epidemic. This program will benefit students of STD 3 TO 12 on 3-9-2020.
 Doordarshan DD Girnar will be broadcast live on this day
 STD 10 and STD 11 students will have leave. Gujarati is the subject for students of Std. 3 and Std. 4. English is the subject for Std. 5 is the subject of Social Science for Std. 6,7,8.
 Mathematics is the subject for standard 12


E-learning is a thrust area identified by Devta for teaching with the help of educational tools and communication media.  It is easy and supported learning through Information Communication Technology (ICT).  The broad objective is to develop tools and techniques to promote e-learning.

 This department has been supporting R&D project in economic area Various educational institutions like e-learning, R&D labs etc. Goodness, in the past, material development area has been provided for grant-in-aid R&D project, R&D.  / Technology Development Projects, Human Resource Development Projects and Faculty Training To raise awareness through distance learning using information and communication technology (ICT) tools (engineering, multimedia and web).

 During the 12th Five Year Plan R&D project launched in both hardware and software development area for content adaptation, acceptable personal learning, high quality interactive simulation environment creation, open educational resources (OER) for adaptation of e-learning tools, technology and pedagogy among other things.  There will be e-learning, disability, ubiquitous learning availability patterns, augmented reality, new tools and solutions while creating, this will be an effort for specific target groups etc. to use the gaming environment to create impact through technology already designed through their roll out.  .


Chief Minister Vijay Rupani will launch a "home learning" initiative on June 15 at 8 am in association with schools due to the Kovid-19 epidemic in Gujarat.  Government schools usually open on June 15 in the state.  The telecast of educational programs will be conducted for students from class three to 12th.  In addition, similar programs will be run by the Bhaskaracharya Institute for Space Applications and Geoinformatics (BISAG) on the Vande Gujarat channel.

In March, just before the lockdown was announced, under the Study from Home (SFW) initiative, the state's education department connected about nine private channels and Doordarshan to Beam Classroom for all government schools.  About 66 percent of the students of government schools were covered by SFW.

 Under this program, tell that teachers are distributing books to children in their homes.  The teachers concerned will call the children on their mobiles and provide necessary instructions and guidance.
