The education department has issued an order for teachers to call 15 students in their class every day to guide them on home learning.Teachers have to maintain a register of these activities and the principal has to monitor these activities.  Teachers will have to provide phone guidance with school children and their parents regarding difficulties in home learning.Union ministery of Human Resource Development has stated that schools-colleges are going to remain closed till August 15 this year.

The State government has come out with home learning programme as schools are going to remain closed for such a long time and globally, the recent trend has been physical to digital shift,’ the minister said adding that those without TV facility will be given self-learning material through teachers.‘Home learning material ‘Ghare Shikhiye’ has been developed in such a way that students can do self learning and also can take help of parents,’  adding that the government has planned clusters of 30-35 students. The teachers will remain in contact with cluster of students through phone calls.
