Gunotsav 2.0 is an online educational course. It is made available by the Gujarat School Quality Accreditation Council (GSQAC). Primary teachers, secondary teachers, principals and all persons connected with education can join this course.
The Gunotsav program for quality education in Gujarat primary schools was started in 2009. The GSQAC was then established in 2010. A School Inspector (SI) has also been appointed for quality evaluation of primary schools.

The process of online education provided by school teachers is known as Learning. Under the guidance of the education department in the government, teachers are teaching online education. Online education students can study themselves without being at school.
Students are referred to as the home learning to study their home. By means of the school teachers, by means of DD Girter's channel, EL Class is provided by the medium of class. According to the government's guidance, it is issued a timetable schedule for home learning early. This time the teachers raise the responsibility of teachers to manage students to deliver to students.
Teachers are now ordered to go to students' homes to make home learning effective. A circular has been issued under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. In which it is stated that under home learning, home learning has been started in the state from 15th June through Doordarshan, DD Girnar channel, Vande Gujarat, biogas channels, virtual classrooms from CCC, telephone communication.
Text books have also been delivered to the students at home by the teachers. Students as well as parents need to be contacted by telephone to find out about the program. So the teachers have been informed that as per the guideline given by NCERT, each teacher should contact at least 15 students or parents in his / her classroom.
Students will have to go home and give all kinds of guidance about the course coming on TV. The circular also states that the parents of 12 new students should be contacted on the next day and a register of this guidance given to the students should be maintained.
This decision has been taken by the education department under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. It is important to note that earlier an attempt was made by the Nagar Primary Education Committee to distribute one month course books to the students.
