It has been decided to take exams on the basis of whatsapp in standard 6 to 8 in primary schools.  Here is the timetable of this exam as well as information on how to take the exam.  The word file given here will be very useful to all teachers and students.

As stated in the circular, episodes of Std.  The entire Shiksha and CCC telecast live online classes for students of Std. 9 to 12 under Gujarat Virtual School.

 As per the list included, the standard wise subject wise WHATSAPP Bays Weekly Test will be launched on a pilot basis from 23/1/2021 on an experimental basis.  On 23rd January 2020, in Std. 3 Gujarati, Std. 4 Gujarati, and in Std. 5, Gujarati and Environment subject 10 questions multiple choice based WHATSAPP Base Exam will be organized.  The standard 3 to 12 test will be held from January 30, 2021.  A guide to this is involved.

Shiksha is run by Gandhinagar.  Students are able to operate multiple devices. 

Through WhatsApp, children need to be able to test themselves in their studies and rehearse in which field they are having difficulty through their own practice.  It is also very important that the student knows which points of which unit he should rehearse during the study of the unit. 

For this, a weekly practice based on WhatsApp i.e. self-assessment is planned. 

Guideline of WhatsApp  examination

 1. Whatsapp number 8595524523 has been fixed for this.  

2. If the student saves this number and writes hello, he will get a quick reply.

 3. Quick reply is their specialty in this whole process. 

 4. Students will get a quick reply if they just write hello.  Thank you for joining the Home Learning Program.  Please send the school's U dice code. 

 5. The student will send the school's U-Dice code in writing or the school details will be sent immediately.  

6. In which the name of the school, dice code of the school, taluka, district and along with yes, 1 reply will be typed and sent.If the details are incorrect then you have to type reply in two.

  7. As soon as the student types a reply and sends it, they will be asked to select the standard.  The student has to state his standard.  

8. The student will state his standard and immediately the question will be asked what is the first name of the student.  All he has to do is give the English alphabet and details of child tracking.

9. When the student types and sends his name in the reply, the names of all the students with the same name will be displayed according to the father's name and date of birth.  The student has to ensure the order of his name among these names. 

10. After confirmation by the student, he has to send the written order in the reply.  

11. When the student receives a message that your registration is done.  From now on you will be able to practice playing here every week.  Teachers will be able to cooperate with you better.  

12. You will then be asked to practice the subject taken last week before the current week.  This subject is decided from here i.e. from the state level.  This means that the student will be able to practice the same subject in that week.  The student will also be able to register other friends.  Is a multi-user.  

13. Then the question asks if you want to practice this you have to give one reply for yes and two for no.  If the student gives a reply, the first question out of 10 questions of the subject will appear on the screen immediately along with the greeting message and four options will also appear at the same time. 

 14. This way when the student answers 10 questions, the number of correct answers of the students will be shown immediately.  The answer key of the correct answer will also be sent in PDF format.  They will be sent a link to GVS for the subject in which the students' class is known and the video will be made available there.  Through this video they will be able to remove their rubbish.
